I miss your smile and your charming attitude towards life. Always laughing in any situation and always being friendly no matter to whom. All of my friends and myself knew you very well and I know that none of them have any harsh feelings towards you. Or ever had any in the past. Let me just say for all of my friends and myself that we miss your smile and laugh. Glad that I cooked you dinner a couple of times and that you greatly enjoyed it.

It saddens me to hear of another beautiful angel leaving us due to another hit & run.
My heart goes out to you & your family. My Danielle was almost 19 when she taken away from me.
The pain never goes away. It's been a little over a year now & I still think that she will come back to me. But reality hits & I know that I won't see her again until it's my time to leave this earth we live on.
I wish that we could stop the horrible people that do these things to our loved ones but I know that, that is something that will never happen.
I know that my Danielle & your Kerry have become good friends & will be waiting for us to join them & we will have a wonderful reunion when we do.
Love, Peace & Comfort to you & your family!!

Kerry was my little sister. I am still trying to cope with the reality of her death. The grief this tragedy has brought upon our family is impossible to even try and describe. Thanks to everyone for your kind words.
Kerry, we will always love you. You will be in our hearts forever.

Dear Judy, Den and I are so sorry to hear of Kerry's death. She was a wonderful soul. Den and I met Kerry and you when Kerry was in 8th grade. Den tutored her in math and on her science project. I still remember the laughter coming from the living room as they learned together.Den found out first hand about Kerry's spunkiness. Later we got to know you both better and enjoyed a night of Indian food and movies at our house with Judy cooking a sumptuous feast. We always loved and admired the relationship that the two of had with each other. One of the sadder parts of moving to San DIego from Boulder was leaving behind our budding friendship with both of you. My heart goes out to you for your loss. I know that Kerry's spirit surrounds us. I trust that you in time may find peace as you deal with this senseless loss.
All our love, Claire and Den

How beautifully written your memorial to Kerry is. Although I know I was blessed to work with and get to know you both I don't think I had a complete picture of the truly Renaissance woman Kerry was becoming until I read this. Her passing is a horrible loss on so many levels. Please know that there are many others who stand with you as you continue to honor her as we seek justice for her and your family.
With love, Jill

I am a bicyclist in Albuquerque, and saw your memorial to your daughter. She's the same age as my son and I have a daughter a year younger, who reminds me of Kerry. She really experienced LIFE in her short time here; how much you must miss her! Reading her story and seeing the pictures makes me realize how I need to appreciate my children. It sounds like you are doing wonderful things to honor her and cherish her memory. Please continue to try to find enjoyment in your life, as our time here is short.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful memories with the BikeABQ community. As a parent I can't imagine anything more terrifying than the thought of losing a child. I'm deeply saddend but also uplifted by this memorial.

I still remember the first day you called me and introduced yourself, I was amazed that someone would go to such lengths to find her daughters' sibling. I can't thank-you enough for the joys that Kerry brought to Jacque's life. OH, how that brother loves her!
It is truly a sad that their father has missed out on two such wonderful people. It is sad that a father can totally deny what he has helped create. But look how lucky and blessed we have been by them, not only being our children, but our very best friends too. We were the lucky ones to be given such gifts.
My heart hurts with yours.
You and Angel Kerry are part of my heart forever. What a beautiful Angel she is too!

With every death, there is a birth. We know this from watching the cycle of the seasons of life on earth: leaves that fall to become soil for next spring's plants, wheat that dies to become our food, elements that combine, leaving one form and becoming another for the very air we breath. We see it in the cosmos. Supernovas that explode - seemeingly in violence - to become the most beautiful pictures ever seen in the heavens and to give birth to endless millions of new stars. What seems violent, even senseless, creates a new beauty, defines a new path, opens a new soul. May this website do that, Judy. May it bless all who see it with new hope, new belief, new love.

Thank you so much for stopping by my sister's memorial, and for your kind words. WOW, you lived in Australia...I was living in Sydney when my sister fell ill (the suburb I lived in is Potts Point)...This year, marks the 10th anniversary of the Harbour Bridge Cimb...not sure when it was you lived here. Sydney holds a lot of memories for my sister and I, as she helped me gain my first job in the company she was working for at the time. My sister wasn't a fan of living in Sydney, but she loved to work there, and also loved to visit. We would often stay back for a drink on a Friday night, or shopping on a Thursday night, and we'd then travel by train home together...I have a lot of memories of my sister and I in the "Big Smoke" (this is how Sydney's referred to here in Australia).
Sending you much love and peace, Bettina

Dearest Judy and Family,
I'm so sorry for your TREMENDOUS loss...Kerry was so 'Young' and so 'Beautiful!!! It's hard to believe that another human being would not even stop and assist someone they've hit...That is something only an 'Animal' is capable of doing...I just HOPE this person is brought to justice, although no amount of justice will give Kerry back HER LIFE!!! My heart goes out to you all!
Lighting a candle in Kerry's memory!
From across the shores in Australia, I send you much love and peace, Bettina
