From Kerry's Grandfather
I have some pictures that I have attached of "Kerry's Tree". You probably know the story but I will tell you anyway.
For years, usually in December, I would send tangerines to you and Kerry from our tree. They were normally plentiful and really good. You both loved them but had to share. Once when she was 6/7(?) years old she called me and ask me to plant a tangerine tree just for her. We chuckled and forgot about it. Three years ago when we were hit by multiple hurricanes the tree was destroyed. Last year we decided to plant a new one realizing that it takes 7/8 years to mature. When we were told of Kerry's death, I remembered that story and we decided the new tree would always be "Kerry's Tree".
We actually got a few tangerines last year and they were good. This year I would guess we have about a dozen or so bulbs.
